Please ref your letter Safe Place Solutions we will acknowledge your complaint within two working days. We will then investigate the matter and provide you with a response within ten working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, please contact us as soon as possible. We hope that you will never have to complain, but if you do, we will do our best to address your concerns and improve our standards.
