Please reference your letter Safe Place Solutions, and we will acknowledge your complaint within two working days. We will then investigate the matter and provide you with a response within ten working days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, please get in touch with us immediately. We hope you will never have to complain, but if you do, we will do our best to address your concerns and improve our standards.
