Insurance Approved Safe Classifications 

If you choose an insurance approved rated safe, we advise that that you speak to your insurer as they may insist the safe is fitted by a qualified safe fitter. If you are unsure if the safe needs to be professionally fitted we would advise you speak to your insurer. Yes. If you require a design service fo a special project please e-mail us at support@safeplacesolutions.co.uk with details and we will advise you accordingly. 

Yes. Please e-mail us with your details and we will call you back.  If we establish a safe installation survey is required we will organise this for you. Subject to survey the installation and delivery of your safe will then be booked at a mutunally agreeable time. 

Price

Safe Place Solutions competively prices goods it sells and therefore only price match on a case by case basis.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards including Apple Pay And Google Pay vai our secure payment gateway. 

We currently do not offer cash on delivery when you purchase online.

Installation

Yes, but we cannot make any promises as the installer may not be able to accomodate your preferred date. 

Fitting cost for ground floor delivery including via suitable lift are given at check out. Fitting above ground and lower levels may be subject to addiotional charge. 

If you choose an insurance approved rated safe, we advise that the safe is fitted by a qualified safe fitter to ensure compliance with your insurers requirements. If you are unsure if the safe needs to be professionally fitted we would advise you speak to your insurer. For correct fitting to maximise security and safety please read the fitting instrcutions supplied by the manufacturer. 

In terms of access we will need about access and where you require the safe to be fitted to be fitted. 

If there is skirting board we woud advise the skirting board is removed to so the wall can be secured flush against the wall. Gaps behind a safe can provide useful leaverage. Our supliers installation service does not include removal of skirting boards and its removal MUST be doen prior to the safes installation. Failure to remove the skirting board may result in additonal charges.  

 

 

In some cases a safe site survey maybe required as the weight of the safe may require a structral survey before installation. Other consideration maybe location of electrics and pipework. 

If you require a site survey please contact support or alternatively you can organise a survey yourself before ordering you safe. 

Yes, in order to quote we will need you to provide information and images of the access stairs, lift capacity and copy of the site survey (where applicable) confirming the building is structrually sound. Please e-mail support with details of your requirements together helpful information so that we quote you for installation. 

Normally 3 weeks, but we will notify you following receipt of your order? If the safe or lockers are bespoke installation could be take upto 5 months. 

Normally, safes can take 1/2 hour to 2 hours to install depending on access and where the safe is to be postioned

Weekend installations can be done. Please call us so that we can give you a quote. Please e-mail support@safeplacesolutions.co.uk with details of your requirements. 

If you need to cancel please e-mail support@safeplacesolutions to rearrange. If the cancellation is same day or after the installer has set off you will be charged the installation fee. 

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. You can track your order status on a tracking page and also signup for alerts on the courier website.

How suppliers deliver to Mainland UK. However, there may additional fees for delivery the Scottish Highland postcodes. See below

Price on Application (POA) for Scottish Post Codes AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-39, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH18-26, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Note Please: Depending on the reason for returning the goods you may be charged a restocking fee. 

 

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
